Watch Phil Train Hard!

Being a top pro bodybuilder like Phil Heath takes a lot of work. Hard training, great nutrition, proper rest, meticulous schedules, etc. There's so much to learn when you see him train. It really helped me as a better bodybuilder and most of all it gives me great motivation to keep improving. It's all about consistency and intensity... that will get you great results!
